BESPOKE ORDERS
Made to order items are FINAL sale. There are no refunds, no cancellations, and no returns. This includes ALL dresses, gowns, or bespoke pieces.

PRICING
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If the correct price of an item sold by is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If an item you ordered is not available in a time frame that you require, we may recommend a substitution and will provide you the ability to approve the substitution prior to shipping.
COLOUR DISCREPANCIES
At Tailor World we take every step necessary to ensure we present an accurate colour representation of all items displayed online. Despite our best efforts, the colour of fabrics and all other items ordered through our website can NOT be guaranteed by Tailor World due to colour variances beyond our control. Monitor calibration and display settings are NOT universal, therefore we highly recommend purchasing swatches BEFORE the final purchase of material.
We will not be held liable for any issues regarding colour
Please Note: Depending on the setting in which the fabric or product is viewed upon, the coloration will also vary due to temperatures in overhead lighting; e.g. daylight, LED, fluorescent, etc.
RETURN POLICY
While we hope that every purchase is a great fit, we know sometimes it isn’t! Can’t “make it work”? Here are your options:
Fabrics, trims, dresses, bespoke orders, and anything cut to size can NOT be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
All items sold as a whole item—such as but not limited to feather Boa's —may be exchanged or returned for full store credit (less shipping fees). Please Note: Once an item is opened or used, it can no longer be exchanged or returned.
Please Note: Items MUST be returned in the condition they were shipped; e.g. if the item returned was shipped on a roll, the item must also be returned on a roll. Exchanges/ refunds for items returned damaged or in unsellable condition will not be processed.
Claims and exchanges MUST be made within 14 days of the original shipping date.
DAMAGES AND DEFFECTS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. All claims must be made within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. After 48 hours no further claims will be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
HOW TO EXCHANGE/ RETURN

If your exchange is accepted, you will be responsible for any charges associated, including the delivery fee. We do not provide return labels. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
Bespoke Orders T&C:
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between TailorMade by TailorWorld and its customers ("Customer" or "You"). By placing an order or engaging in any business transaction with TailorMade by TailorWorld, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Orders and Payment:
A non-refundable deposit is required upon placing an order for a bespoke gown. This deposit secures your order and allows us to begin the production process.
Consultation fees are non-refundable and cover the time and expertise of our design team.
The remaining balance of your order must be paid in full before shipment or delivery.
Production and Shipping:
We will make every effort to complete your gown by the agreed-upon date. However, we cannot be held liable for any delays in production or shipping that are beyond our control.
We are not responsible for any lost items or damage incurred during shipping or transportation. We recommend considering insurance for valuable shipments.
Bespoke Garments:
As all our garments are individually tailored to your specifications and measurements, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all details carefully before confirming your order.
Any alterations or adjustments needed upon receiving your gown are the customer's responsibility.
Cancellation:
If you decide to cancel your order after the non-refundable deposit has been paid, you will not be entitled to a refund of the deposit.
Quality Assurance:
We take pride in delivering high-quality bespoke gowns. If there are any defects or issues with your order, please notify us within seven days of receiving your garment, and we will make every effort to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.
Intellectual Property:
All designs, images, and content on our website and in our communications are the intellectual property of TailorMade by TailorWorld and are protected by copyright. Any unauthorised use is prohibited.
Privacy:
We value your privacy and handle your personal information with the utmost care. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the UK and USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
TailorMade by TailorWorld reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions as needed. Customers are responsible for reviewing the latest version on our website or requesting a copy for their records.
